Termination

We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

Notices

Notices may be sent electronically or by mail. All notices are deemed received within five (5) days of mailing.

Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
